September 10, 2013 – “My goal is to challenge you guys, to help this industry become a sustainable leader in Canada,” said Mark Tsou, a $1000 Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) university scholarship winner and University of Waterloo Bachelors of Environmental Studies student, when he took to the podium at the 2013 EFC Federation Cup Golf Tournament and encouraged the industry to continue investing in “human capital” and “bright talent”.
Now in its 18th year, Tim Horsman of E.B. Horsman & Son noted that the EFC Foundation Sholarship Program has invested over $600,000 toward training and education, with over $80,000 raised this past year alone.
