July 24, 2024 – Timothy King has joined Nexans as vice-president of the North America business unit for the company’s Distribution & Usage AMEA business.

“I am delighted to welcome Timothy King to our team,” said Vijay Mahedevan, executive VP of the D&U AMEA group. “His extensive experience in electrification portrays a strong track record of success throughout the industry, and I am confident that he will contribute substantially to driving Nexans’ continued momentum forward in North America.”

King most recently served as president of Southwire Canada. Prior to joining Southwire, he held a number of senior positions with Eaton Corp. and PPG Industries.
