We are looking for an individual
that can match Houle’s extensive service strengths with our customers
varied requirements in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities
• Meet customer service requests
• Dispatching
service calls
• Generate work orders with Service
Software
• Customer care follow up
• Preventative
maintenance coordinator and reporting
• Vacation scheduling for the
service department
• Other tasks as required

Necessary Skills and Abilities
• Customer-service focused
• Basic
electrical knowledge

Well-organized and able to prioritize
• Team builder
• Excellent
computer skills
• Effective at multi-tasking

Superior written and spoken English
