May 26, 2018 – Several years ago, Paul Buller of Calgary got to thinking about rooftop cargo solutions, like dropdown ladder racks, and the result is RazerLift.

While other technologies exist to improve rooftop cargo accessibility, two key features set the patented RazerLift apart: it is fully powered and automated, and is cargo agnostic.

The industry-standard T-slot design allows for easy installation to any commercial van. The electrical installation follows standard protocols, and can be done in a couple of hours.

RazerLift can accommodate conduit tube containers and other equipment, up to 150 lb. The worker’s feet stay firmly on the ground. With the push of a button on the hand-held remote, Razerlift springs into action. No more loading or unloading overhead, as everything is done at vehicle mirror height.

An additional advantage is the fact that the base unit only takes up half of the vehicle roof. This means all roof-top cargo can be accessed curb-side, further improving worker safety.

And because it was conceived and designed in Canada, RazerLift’s designers know it has to stand up to Canadian winters. RazerLift is expected to launch in Fall 2018.
