EBMag has learned that Paul Wolf, the founder of Paul Wolf Electric, has passed away. He was in his 81st year.

“Paul had a vibrant history in the electrical industry founding Paul Wolf Electric and running it for 33 years in downtown Toronto,” writes Jim Milne, president of IED (Independent Electrical Distributors Limited Partnership II). “Paul sold the business to the current owners in the mid 90s [but he] could not sit still during retirement, and became a commissioned sales rep for Paul Wolf Electric… and was still selling to this day.”

Today, April 12, we learned Paul passed away in Georgia while travelling back to Toronto from Florida (Yahrzeit Date: 4 Nisan 5771). A service will be held at Benjamin’s Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West (three lights west of Dufferin) on Wednesday, April 13. The time of the service is unknown at this time. For updates, contact Benjamin’s at (416) 663-9060 after 5 pm or visit www.benjamins.ca.
