September 5, 2012 – FLIR Systems has announced the InfraCam as part of its new entry-level line of infrared tools for those “looking to use this powerful technology… at a more approachable price”. The handheld InfraCam helps electricians and facility managers detect and diagnose problems with electrical systems, by scanning entire systems and inspecting areas that can’t be easily reached with contact-based tools. The InfraCAM features a 3.5” LCD screen, a built-in Laser LocatIR to pinpoint problems, and QuickView software for inspection reporting.
