June 4, 2024 – Matrix Technology Ltd., an industrial materials and specialty wire harness manufacturer, has acquired Xact Engineering Technologies, a provider of specialty cable assembly solutions.

Matrix says the acquisition solidifies its commitment to serving diverse markets, including oil & gas, military, and general industrial, now with a combined footprint of 125,000 sq. ft.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Matrix Technology is headquartered in Markham, Ont. Xact is headquartered in Calgary, with an additional location in Houston, Texas.
