Jesco has unveiled modular, linear LED light units that, it claims, are the industry’s smallest, most adaptable diameter. Sleek Plus LED S601 is a 3/8-in. diameter, 8-in. (2.06W) or 12-in. (3.1W) plug-in Slim Stix unit. It has an average 50,000-hour life, five-year warranty, and emits/contains no UV, IR or mercury. Screw-on brackets hold the unit in place while plug-in adapters make all electrical connections. The S601’s housing is extruded aluminum with a protective lens covering lamps and printed circuit board. Applications include undercabinet and shelf lighting.
