August 1, 2024 – In a joint letter to suppliers, Gary Beer of GB Agencies and Bonnie Youngs of DAD Sales announced they are merging operations to form Prairie Power Solutions.

“This merger represents a significant milestone for both organizations, enabling us to enhance our service offerings and extend our coverage across the Prairies and beyond,” say Beer and Youngs.

“With a combined workforce of 30 employees, our goal is to solidify our leadership position in the electrical sales industry while continuing to innovate and excel as a manufacturing agent,” they continue, adding that the merger also ensures “a robust succession plan for key positions within our company”.

Prairie Power Solutions will operate under the following senior leadership team:

• Ben Wells

Beer and Youngs add that there is no immediate change to contact information or doing business with either agency.
