Fluke Networks invites you to attend one or both of two new FREE half-day workshops designed to enhance your knowledge of wired or wireless network troubleshooting. The workshops are geared toward network managers, engineers and technicians tasked with IP/Ethernet network implementation, performance tuning and expansion. Space is limited so register early and don’t miss out.

The WIRED WORKSHOP is designed to enhance your knowledge of wired
network troubleshooting. Learn how to: lower overall TCO for your
organization by reducing mean time to repair and boosting performance
of your existing network; properly test and verify network device
settings and troubleshoot configuration issues; determine whether (and
where) problems exist on your network and how to solve them; gain total
visibility and prove how your applications themselves perform over your
network; measure performance using real GIG throughput testers, packet
analyzers and various hardware tools; and develop best practices to
fine tune your own strategy with test gear.

The WIRELESS WORKSHOP is designed to enhance your knowledge of wireless
network troubleshooting. Learn how to: secure, and lower overall TCO
for your organization by reducing mean time to repair and boosting
performance of your existing WiFi systems; properly test and verify
WiFi device settings and troubleshoot configuration issues from both
the wired network and within the wireless space itself; determine
whether (and where) problems exist with WiFi and how to solve them;
perform a proper wireless site survey and how to grow it into your
wireless lifecycle; find rogue APs and hunt down wireless hackers
determined to break into your network; and develop best practices and
fine tune your own wireless strategy with test gear.

conducted by a Fluke Networks training specialist.

This class covers the current TIA standards (568-B) and then focuses
exclusively on maximizing a technician’s productivity with the
instrument. Half of the day concentrates on copper testing and
certification, with the balance of time spent on fiber testing and
certification. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own equipment.
