June 19, 2024 – Flo says its next-generation residential charger meets the needs of both electric and plug-in hybrid electric (EVs and PHEV) vehicles, from compact crossovers to heavy-duty pickup trucks.

Available with a choice of a J3400 (a.k.a. NACS or Tesla) or J1772 connector, the charger is designed with multiple wiring, cable management, and pedestal options to accommodate a variety of homes. The impact-resistant enclosure withstands weather extremes and corrosion, while the 25-ft changing cable stays flexible.

The Flo Home X3 features a 50A/12-kW output. The Flo Home X6 is housed in aluminum and comes with a detachable cable holster. The Level 2 Flo Home X8 boasts 80A/19.2-kW output, as well as a detachable holster. All chargers are supported by Flo’s app.
