June 2, 2024 – Energy Manager Canada’s 2024 awards program—EM Honours—has expanded. It now boasts several new categories—in addition to the flagship award, Energy Manager of the Year—to recognize the numerous efforts that are advancing proactive energy management, energy efficiency and/or decarbonization across Canada.

THE AWARDS INCLUDE

• Best New-Build Project
• Best Retrofit Project

• Best Electrical Solution
• Best HVACR/Plumbing Solution
• Best Building Envelope Solution

(An additional award—Most Innovative Solution—will be selected from among the Electrical, HVACR/Plumbing and Building Envelope honorees.)

• Energy Manager of the Year

A committee of judges will review the submissions, and select award recipients based on the submitted nominations.

HONOREES will be publicly announced mid-October 2024 during a special presentation hosted by Energy Manager Canada. They will be interviewed and profiled by Energy Manager Canada, publicized through our newsletter and social channels, and receive a certificate noting their achievement.
