Horsman & Son has appointed Steve Crocker as chief revenue officer where, as a member of the executive leadership team, he will offer leadership, guidance, and support in implementing the company’s strategic objectives, and aid in the realization of the company’s long-term vision.

“Steve’s appointment as chief revenue officer marks a significant step forward for E.B. Crocker possesses over 30 years of experience across multiple roles in the electrical industry, says EBH & Son, which have given him a deep understanding of sales, profit and loss (P&L) management, new business development, account management, and operational leadership within various sectors.

He served as senior vice-president in his last position with a major electrical distributor, overseeing the sales and P&L aspects of the company’s Construction business. He managed a team of more than 1100 and was tasked with crafting and implementing the strategic vision and direction for the business.

EBH & Son is recognized as a Canada Best Managed company for over 15 years, and is one of Canada’s largest Employee-Owned businesses.
