April 20, 2015 – The All-Test Pro 5 tests all kinds of motors, including induction, synchronous, AC, DC, brushless DC, servo and wound rotors, as well as single-phase motors, according to All-Test Pro.
Testing can be performed from distances of 1000+ ft from motor control center, said the company.
The product has an auto diagnosis function and carries out a stator and rotor analysis to detect faults in low, medium and high-voltage AC and DC motors, transformers and generators
It can also conduct baseline and subsequent tests on individual motors are stored in the AT5 for immediate, on-the-spot indication of any motor health changes.
A route-based testing option is also included—reference testing and trending on a preconfigured list of motors. Results can be uploaded and downloaded for trending, reporting and comparison with other historical data.
