July 20, 2023 – Under the banner “Honing the power to lead”, Electro-Federation Canada’s 2023 annual industry conference recorded its second-highest attendance to date—more than 600 members and industry guests in-person and online—and 30% of those were first-timers.
Held in person at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu in Charlevoix, Que., the event featured six speaker sessions, numerous networking opportunities, companion breakfast, and the ever-popular CEMRA* Night.
But perhaps the biggest highlight is the industry awards program, where members are singled out for recognition before their peers. Congratulations to the following:
- Jean Belhumeur (centre), formerly of Leviton, is the Industry Recognition Award recipient.
- CEMRA Person of the Year is awarded posthumously to Denis Dumouchel, Desdowd.
- Eglo Canada is recognized for Corporate Engagement.
- E.B. Horsman & Son is recognized for Corporate Engagement.
- Munden Enterprises is recognized for Corporate Engagement.
