August 6, 2014 – Apex Tool Group has acquired specialty cutting tool manufacturer Niagara Tools of St. Catharines, Ont., which joins Apex’s Power and Professional Tools business unit.

Niagara’s owner, Paul Brodeur, will continue in a consulting role with Apex; Bill McMaster will continue to serve as Niagara’s general manager. The Niagara Tools brand will be retained.
