Alpha Technologies Ltd. has acquired Comtech Communications Inc., a network installation and service company located in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. The acquisition enables Alpha to complement its depot repair capabilities with turn-key installation and field service options.

The former president of Comtech, Mr. Darrell Costello, has elected to
join Alpha where he assumes the position of national field service
manager.

Greg Powell, Alpha’s director of technical service, says, “Comtech’s
existing clients will continue to enjoy the same high level of service
they have grown accustomed to, while Alpha’s customers will benefit
from the added services. Alpha plans to expand the new division to
accommodate demand.”
